Arisglobal’s legacy Medical Review flow was identified as a major pain point for a number of our critical customers and users in Spring 2023. I and my team were asked by the executive team to take the lead in breaking down the existing application, identifying where key UX improvements could be made, and developing a UX roadmap to be implemented over the following 12-18 months.

The new Medical Review UX is going live in the December ‘24 LifeSphere Multivigilance release. The reception has been unequivocally positive.

We succeeded in addressing all of the original UX pain points identified in early 2023, and the new timeline view is best in class and receiving rave reviews from our users.

In a true testament to this efforts success the UX team is now being asked by our major customers to re-imagine other parts of our software suite along the same lines. That work is now in early planning.
