Overview
At TIAA our user research was baked into every project and continued throughout the year. We had several design team communications that summarized key research efforts to the wider TIAA.
These communications covered major research and testing done supporting my teams internal work for the National Call Center (NCC) and the Unified Desktop work focused on the wealth advisory planning process.
